Renkon Paste Trial

Renkon paste is designed as an everyday sweet: mild enough for toast and yogurt, but distinctive enough to carry the project story.

The current trial uses Ibaraki lotus root, dairy, and a restrained amount of sugar so the root's natural texture remains visible.
